JuJutsu Kaisen: Execution isn't exactly an original film. Rather, the newest movie from the Jujutsu Kaisen supernatural series acts as a recap of the anime's second season stitched together with the opening installments of its next season, which launches the Culling Games arc from the manga series. This establishes Execution, which just got a fresh preview, the first way to see the start of the next season ahead of its January 2026 premiere. The movie premieres in Japanese theaters on November 7, and in North America on Dec. 5.

The Culling Games Arc

People eagerly awaited to see if the home release, released on March 18, would feature extra content to the battle or to see if it was polished at all, and were overjoyed to see exactly that, alongside tone adjustments, more motion, and altered color palette.

If the studio wants to start the year off right, run back the series' best moment once again in movie houses with the best interpretation we've seen yet.
